Here are a few Facebook groups, you can look for groups specific to your local neighborhood and/or that are age appropriate. Most groups and homeschooling families are willing and love to help others find their way.

Here are some basic Homeschooling terms you should know and understand. It is okay to start off with one style of homeschooling and then change it up. Some of us mix a little of all of them.
It’s your home, your child/children. Do not compare what you do or don’t do to other moms. We are all different, we learn different and we teach differently. Listen to your children and if they are thriving and happy and show a love of learning, you are on the right path. If they get bored, change it up a bit. There really is no right or wrong way to homeschool.
